We’re located near U.S. 29 by the intersection of Berkmar Drive and Rio Road West (Berkmar Crossing office and retail park).

• From U.S. 29, go west on Rio Road.
• Turn left (South) at the first traffic light, Berkmar Road.
• Turn right into the first entrance into the Berkmar Crossing retail offices.
• We’re located in the single story building on your left on the side of the building that faces away from Berkmar Drive.
• You’ll see the sign for Spinal Health & Wellness.
